This website is operated jointly by Ascentra Medical (A²I™), a consultancy, and Aesculytics Limited ("we," "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors and clients in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Contact details submitted via our request-access form: name, company, role, email address, and any message you include.
• Device or evidence-strategy information you submit through our evidence gap-analysis tools: device class, target market, and planned evidence claims.

We do not collect or knowingly store patient-level Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) through this website. Information submitted through our tools relates to product, regulatory, and evidence strategy — not individual patients.

3. Use of Information

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, provide the evidence gap-analysis outputs you’ve requested, and improve our methodologies. We do not sell or trade your information to third parties.

4. Data Security

This site is built on Next.js and hosted on Vercel, which enforces HTTPS/TLS encryption on all traffic. Data submitted through our forms and tools is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) over encrypted connections. Consistent with Aesculytics’ own data-handling commitments, we do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties.

5. International Users

We work with clients based in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If you are located outside New Zealand, your information may be transferred to and processed in New Zealand.

6. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, by contacting us at the email addresses below.
